Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County Welcomes Nicole Linder as Chief Impact Officer

Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Linder as its new Chief Impact Officer. Linder brings more than 25 years of experience working with high-growth organizations, with a background in resource development, organizational leadership, communications, community engagement, and strategic growth. 

As Chief Impact Officer, Linder will lead the organization’s resource development, marketing, communications, strategic partnerships, and impact measurement efforts. In this role, she will work closely with President & CEO Jason Hannold, the Board of Directors, and the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen revenue strategies, cultivate community and philanthropic relationships, and communicate the measurable impact of Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County’s programs.

Linder most recently served as CEO of Marjaree Mason Center for more than nine years, where she led a team of nearly 100 employees and oversaw an operating budget that grew to $11 million during her tenure. Prior to her time at Marjaree Mason Center, Linder held fundraising positions with Valley Children’s Healthcare and Fresno Pacific University, building a career centered on connecting organizations with the resources, relationships, and community support needed to advance their missions.

In her new role, Linder will focus on strengthening the connection between the organization’s program outcomes and the philanthropic, public, and community partnerships that make those programs possible. She will also work to elevate the visibility of the impact Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County is making across its 14 Club locations and school sites throughout the community.
