The Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County offers versatile, affordable, and customizable spaces to meet a wide range of event needs. Whether you’re planning a corporate training, community meeting, birthday celebration, sporting event, or special event, our facilities provide a welcoming and functional environment.
All rentals are subject to availability.

RENTAL COSTS
PAYMENT OF RENTAL FEE: Full payment must be received at time Agreement is signed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All outside rentals are required to provide a $500 security deposit via a credit card that will be charged the deposit fee, or via a check that will be cashed at the time the Rental Agreement is finalized. The amount is refundable based on the Renter abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including leaving the facility in the same way it was provided, replacing all loaned equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) back in its rightful place, leaving the facility clean, and not exceeding the hours included in the Agreement. The security deposit will be returned in full or in part, based on the above parameters, within 30 working days of the conclusion of the event, either by refund to the credit card on file or by check to the person identified as the Responsible Party.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Renters must purchase through the BGC Fresno County’s insurance provider a $1 million “Additional Insured” policy rider naming BGC Fresno County, at a cost of $100 per day for non-sporting events; $250 per day for sporting events. Companies and nonprofit groups with their own Commercial General and Umbrella Liability Insurance (CGL) may provide BGC Fresno County with such an insurance rider naming BGC Fresno County as an “Additional Insured.”
Rental Rates (Rectangular and Round tables, chairs available at no cost only if the Renter sets up and returns equipment to its rightful and original place.)
Staff Requirements & Costs: A Boys & Girls Club of Fresno County employee is required to be on the property at all times to secure the facility and to assist the Renter, should needs arise. The cost for one BGC Fresno county employee is $50 per hour. An additional employee may be necessary for large groups of more than 250 people.
Security Service: A security service is required for private parties where alcohol is being served. The BGC Fresno County contracts with a Security agency to provide such service; if requested, the cost will be included in the Rental Agreement.
We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County, its officers and employees from, and against any, and all liability, with the exception of such liability arising out of the negligent acts or omission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County, its officers and employees, for any injury which may be suffered by members, employees, officers, volunteers and all others associated with the organization or party, arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the use of Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County facilities and/or equipment. I have read and understand the terms of this contract and Hold Harmless Agreement, and agree to, and assure compliance with, the conditions of each.
