BBQ & Badges at East Fresno

The entire police department was invited to a BBQ at the East Fresno Club on July 14th. BBQ & Badges had an amazing turn out that surprised Unit Director Samantha Paredes. “When I invited them [Fresno PD] I didn’t expect so many to come. Knowing they have busy schedules, I am so grateful they were all here for our teens,” says Samantha. 13 officers attended BBQ & Badges.

A New Partnership

The Clovis Club was recognized as part of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce on June 24th, 2021. Members of the Chamber celebrated at the Clovis Club with a ribbon cutting ceremony, a Club tour, and refreshments. “On behalf of the Boys & Girls Clubs, I just want to say thank you for being here and partnering with us. Reedley's Adventurous Teen Night

Our Reedley Club had an adventurous time with law enforcement at their last Teen Night. The theme was based around the hit TV show, Fear Factor. “One officer also gave the teens a tour of his vehicle and talked to them about being in law enforcement. They asked a lot of questions and some are interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement. It was a great Teen Night,” said Rene Alatorre, Reedley Unit Director.

The 67th City-County All Star Football Game

The county all-star team took home the win, 35-0, last Friday at the 67th City-County All Star Game. Despite the 109-degree weather, thousands of fans gathered at the Tom Flores Football Stadium to cheer for their favorite high school seniors from across the Valley.
